Is it possible to connect my sump pump discharge pipe to my old septic tank? The tank hasn't been used in 15 years.

You can discharge to the septic tank and the leaching field connected to it if your municipality permits it and providing that the tank and leaching field were not caved in or filled with dirt or sand when they were disconnected.
