Oct. 3--The Florida Department of Environmental Health has revoked septic service owner Phil Barr's license and fined him $1,000 due to "unlawful acts and practices as (a) registered septic tank contractor."
Barr also did not renew his annual license by Monday's deadline and is currently without one, state health officials said Wednesday.
