Sep. 11--VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--The Richmond-based real-estate company Insignia Thalhimer announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Virginia Commercial Real Estate Services in Virginia Beach.
Virginia Commercial is Insignia Thalhimer's fourth acquisition in Hampton Roads in a little more than two years.
The Virginia Beach firm's nine employees will become part of Insignia Thalhimer's Virginia Beach office.
Patrick L. Mumey, Virginia Commercial's president, will become first vice president at Insignia Thalhimer.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
