Jul. 9--IRVINE, Calif.--Option One Mortgage has signed a $32 million lease for 246,000 square feet of space at the Irvine Spectrum.
The Irvine-based lender plans to expand into four buildings at the complex, bringing its total square footage there to 426,000 square feet.
The company currently employs 1,100 people at the site.
As part of the seven-year deal, Option One will vacate 63,000 square feet of space it currently occupies at the Spectrum.
