DICKSON FLAKE PARTNERS enlarged its real estate portfolio as the Little Rock firm retained its position as the largest commercial property manager in Arkansas.
The company added 156,310 SF to its total of office, retail and warehouse space managed, an increase of 2.1 percent.
Dickson Flake Partners was formed from the 2003 merger of Barnes Quinn Flake & Anderson and IBR Real Estate.
At the time of the combination, BQF&A was the largest commercial property management firm in the state. IBR was ranked at No. 7.
