HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell, Community and Economic Development Secretary Dennis Yablonsky today announced that the Borough of Hatboro, Montgomery County, has received a $275,000 grant through the New Communities-Elm Street Program. The money will be used for planning and residential development efforts for neighborhoods just outside of Hatboro's downtown corridor.
