2004 OCT 8 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Tanox, Inc. (TNOX) announced that the first patient has been enrolled in a phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of Xolair (omalizumab) in patients suffering from allergy (immediate hypersensitivity) to peanuts.
Developed under a collaboration agreement among Genentech, Inc.
