Jun. 14--Salina's second O'Reilly Auto Parts store is trying to draw customers to the south end of Salina.
Kenny Jacobs, store manager for the new location that opened May 10 at 2154 Planet, said that while business has picked up quickly, at first not a lot of people knew the business was there.
"It's established in town, but it hasn't been on this end. We're trying to introduce it on this end of town," Jacobs said before the store's ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday morning.
The city's first O'Reilly store is at 523 S. Broadway. The new store sits across the street from Advance Auto Parts, 2265 S. Ninth, and is about a block south of ...
