Apr. 9--A group of foreign investors has bought 112 acres north of the Galleria at Sunset mall in Henderson for $10.8 million, a broker for CB Richard Ellis said Monday.
The land is zoned community commercial and general industrial and sits along U.S. Highway 95 between Stephanie Street and Galleria Drive.
The site is ideal for a variety of potential uses, said Charles Moore, vice president of CB Richard Ellis, who represented the seller, J.R. Investments of Nevada.
