HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell, Community and Economic Development Acting Deputy Secretary Jackie Parker today announced that Lycoming County has received a $250,000 grant through the New Communities-Elm Street Program. The money will be used for residential revitalization efforts for the Historic District neighborhood just outside of downtown Williamsport.
