Oct. 9--When Secretary of State Colin Powell speaks, people around the world listen, but readers of a new magazine know that his wife has her own stories to tell.
Military Spouse, a new magazine which features an interview with Alma Powell in its first issue, is finding an audience with the "better half" of military marriages: women and men who uproot every few years, find jobs in any part of the world and live for months as a single parent.
