Contatto, the Chilean office chair wholesaler, has sold a 15% stake in its capital to Ivars, the Italian industrial group, the Brazilian company Rhodes (Brazil) and the Argentinean firm Alubase for US$320,000. All three companies are owned by the multinational group Twins. According to Contatto's owner Angelo Mancini, the partnership will allow the company to increase sales by between 20% and 30% in 2005 and by 100% in 2006. ...
