NEW YORK--Glamour magazine is teaming up with the National Association of Chain Drug Stores to sponsor NACDS Glammy Awards to honor outstanding in-store beauty product marketing programs developed jointly by manufacturers and drug chains.
"Beauty products are an important segment of chain drug sales volume," says Glamour publisher Jack Kliger. "Honoring joint marketing programs that are creative, that meet sales objectives and have a clear impact on both the retailers' and manufacturers' business will encourage promotional achievements."
