Created by David E. Kelley, the ABC lawyer series, which premiered at 9 p.m. Sunday (Denver's 7), is testimony to Kelley's talent as a salvage expert.
And he's also operating similar to a garage handyman who can take parts from broken-down autos, meld them and make them run.
You may remember that in summer 2003, Kelley, operating under a sports business-style salary cap, fired five stars from The Practice, including leading man Dylan McDermott.
