NEW YORK -- Lehman Brothers First Trust Income Opportunity Fund (NYSE:LBC) today declared monthly dividends of $0.1375 per share for the months of October and November.
Dividends will be payable on October 29, and November 30, 2004 to shareholders of record on October 22 and November 24, 2004, respectively.
Under the Fund's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the ''Plan''), each common shareholder will have all distributions of dividends and capital gains automatically reinvested in additional common shares by Investors Bank & Trust, as agent for shareholders pursuant to the Plan, unless the shareholder elects to receive cash or unless the shares are ...
