Oct. 12--The Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission on Monday approved rezoning for a proposed residential subdivision on Heath Road.
The commission rezoned 2925 Heath Road from A, Agricultural District to PDR, Planned Development Residential District. The site is south of and adjacent to Westside High School.
Ed Walsh, partner with The Summit Group, said the 5.98-acre proposed development will have 36 attached, single-family houses in a cluster subdivision with an overall density of six units per acre.
