HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future (PennFuture) today announced that it intends to sue Hanover Foods for its ongoing and persistent water pollution at its food processing plant in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. PennFuture sent the legally required 60-day notice letter to the company on September 17, sending copies to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), asserting that the plant's water discharges violate the federal Clean Water Act and the Pennsylvania Clean Streams Law.
