2004 OCT 20 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Perchlorate, a chemical that is increasingly turning up in soil and water, may not be as harmful as previously thought when people ingest it or are exposed to it, according to three new studies.
The findings were presented at the 76th Annual Meeting of the American Thyroid Association in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
