BOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- SynQor has announced the release of two high efficiency dc/dc converters ideally suited for current hungry networking and telecom applications. The standard half-brick modules are part of the PowerQor(TM) Peta series and are capable of delivering up to 80 amps at 2.5V and 70 amps at 3.3V. The open frame converters employ synchronous rectification and a single board design, providing superior thermal performance and a full load efficiency over 90 percent.
The modules are packaged in a standard half-brick footprint of 2.4" x 2.3" x 0.45" (61 x 58.4 x 11.4 mm) and use the industry recognized pin out configuration. The 2.5V output unit delivers ...
