Oct. 17--Cynthia Coleman of Stockton is an admitted Wal-Mart fanatic, with a 2 a.m. trip for whatever not being out of the ordinary.
"It's a place for me to go when I'm broke," she said Friday morning as she finished stuffing shopping bags into the trunk and back seat of her Jaguar in the parking lot of the north Stockton Wal-Mart, at 3702 E. Hammer Lane.
"I came here for one thing and came out with all these bags," she said as she rolled her eyes and laughed.
She was just getting warmed up for new shopping opportunities beginning Wednesday, the first day of business for Northern California's first Wal-Mart ...
