ON a roaring main road, a stone's throw from Deeside College, Lynn Sharkey's home is hardly a refuge of peace and quiet.
She answers the door, phone in hand -- she's in the throes of moving house. In the next room, a TV blares out a children's video. She's also trying to keep her two year-old grandson entertained.
