SOLON, Ohio, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- John McGill, long-time partner with Bert "Bart" Wolstein in Heritage Development Company, announced this week that he has completed the acquisition of the majority of the former company's commercial and mixed-use assets.
The new McGill Property Group begins with ownership or managing interests in sixteen retail and mixed-use centers, representing in excess of three million square feet of space. The new company has leased office space in Solon, bringing with it twelve employees from the former Heritage Development Company.
