SEOUL, Oct. 2 (Yonhap) -- North Korea on Saturday criticized a bill aimed at its human rights situation approved by the U.S. Senate late last month, claiming it creates a bigger obstruction to the stalled six-party talks on its nuclear weapons program and harms inter-Korean relations.
