JAKARTA, Oct 20 Asia Pulse - The Ministry of Industry and Trade has estimated that this year's car sales may reach 450,000 units.

Only 350,000 units were sold in 2003.

Subagyo, the director general of metal, machinery, electronics and multivarious industries at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, predicted on Tuesday that car sales would continue to increase due to the improved economy.
