Energized by a dramatic victory over Washington State that ended a 1-3 skid to open the season, the Oregon football team is at a crossroads.
Justin Phinisee wants to give the Ducks a nudge in the right direction.
Oregon's postseason chances hinge in no small part on how the Ducks fare in a three-game stretch against Arizona, Stanford and Washington that begins this week. And Phinisee wants to help however he can, not just by switching positions - as he did last week - but by developing into a leader, which he is intent on becoming.
