Oct. 21--The country's first goat milk brand, Sirichai, faces the daunting task of winning the hearts of Thais long accustomed to the taste of cow and soybean milk, with many showing a reluctance to try the new product despite its higher nutritional value.
To overcome this obstacle, Mah Boonkrong Dairy Goats Co, the producer of Sirichai pasteurised goat milk, earlier this year began sending out teams to introduce the product to consumers and gauge their responses.
