Representatives of the South American trade blocs Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay) and CAN (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru) have signed in Montevideo, Uruguay, the protocol of a free trade agreement that now goes to approval of their respective governments.
