BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MDGN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray and Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has closed a Distribution Agreement with Northside Development, Inc. of New York. Northside will distribute both Snorenz(R) and Good Nights Sleep initially to Duane Reade, metropolitan New York's largest drug store chain with over 241 stores and an annual volume in excess of $1.4 billion.
