WASHINGTON _ In a race for the White House that is too close to call, the campaigns of President Bush and Sen. John Kerry are spending millions of dollars in ads and making every effort imaginable to capture Hispanic voters in just a few key swing states.
Whichever candidate is more successful may capture Florida, New Mexico or one of the other battleground states and propel himself to victory Nov. 2.
