DETROIT, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Crain Communications Inc has agreed to sell radio stations, WWUS-FM and WCNK-FM, to Vox Communications Group, LP ("Vox"). The announcement was made jointly by Rance Crain, president, Crain Communications and Bruce Danziger, president of Vox Communications. Terms were not disclosed, and the sale will take place after FCC approval is received.
