New Business: C3 Communications, a San Diego-based public relations firm, has been retained by the founders of Canadian-based Cirque du Soleil for their upcoming show, Calvalia, a theatrical performance combining, acrobatics with horses.
The firm has also been retained by John Robert Powers, a modeling development company, for its San Diego and Dallas-Fort Worth modeling schools.
