M. Robert Goldman & Company, Inc. recently arranged $43,500,000 in permanent financing for the River Plaza Shopping Center, one of the most significant retail projects in the Bronx in more than a decade.
The property is a joint-venture of Kingsbridge Associates and the Target Corporation, who owns their 129,638 sq. ft. store within the 233,477 sq. ft. center.
The balance, 103,839 sq. ft., provided the security for the loan and is tenanted by Marshalls, Applebee's, Lane Bryant, Washington Mutual and other national and local retailers.
