The uniform coating of mass produced small parts, for either decorative or functional purposes, has until now proved to be difficult to achieve without a major investment in special fixtures or a complete coating line.
This task can now be achieved efficiently and at a fraction of the cost of conventional coating methods, following the launch by ISPC Walther Trowal of the Rotamat Coating Drum.
Small metal, wooden, plastic and rubber parts up to 150mm in length are loaded into the rotating elliptical drum via a simple loading device. They are then processed at a preset speed and for a preset period under a spray ...
