NEW YORK -- Gilan, a society jewelry brand based in Turkey, today announced that is has signed a 1,900 square foot lease at 743 Fifth Avenue. PBS Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate boutique specializing in senior-level strategic services catering to the corporate commercial real estate market, represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.
This location represents Gilan's U.S. flagship as well as the company's first freestanding store in the United States.
