SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The MassMutual Financial Group announced today the winners of the 2004 MassMutual National Family Business of the Year Awards, which honor 13 of the nation's top family businesses. Winners were named in four categories -- Small (fewer than 50 employees), Medium (50-250 employees), Large (more than 250 employees) and First Generation. Each size category had four available award classifications -- National Winner, First Runner-up, Second Runner-up and Honorable Mention.
