Cammegh Ltd. of Ashford, Kent, U.K., is Europe's leading manufacturer of roulette wheels for casinos. When the company decided it needed to develop an automated method of operation for a roulette wheel, it turned to SmartDrive, based in Cambridgeshire for assistance. That collaboration led to a new "slingshot" technique for automating a roulette wheel, one that relies upon SmartDrive's DSP-based stepper drive technology.
