Oct. 27--Heritage Harbour officials are planning a 202-unit apartment complex, the first such project in the 2,500-acre community.
Lennar Corp. subsidiary Heritage Harbour Apartments LLC is ultimately planning a 392-unit complex, but developers want to build it in two phases.
Located on Port Harbour Parkway, just east of Kay Road, The Estates at Heritage Harbour will bring more housing diversity to Manatee County's second-largest development, said project engineer Shane Cooper of Sarasota-based Banks Engineering Inc.
