Tugboats are scheduled to tow the freighter Santa Isabel from the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF) on Wednesday, October 27, at approximately 8:30 a.m., to the Esco Marine facility in Brownsville, Texas. It will be closely followed by another freighter, the American Banker, which is going to the Marine Metal, Inc. facility in Brownsville, Texas. Both ships will be dismantled.
