Eat five portions of fruit and veg, oily fish, wholegrains and dark green, leafy vegetables every day.
Avoid sugar, salt and saturated fat.
Swap high-impact running and aerobics for swimming, yoga and stretches. Tell your gym instructor you're pregnant as some abdominal moves are unsuitable.
