NEW YORK -- Gap Inc. is expected to announce today that Austyn Zung will become senior vice president of design and product development for its new women's apparel concept targeting customers 35 and older.
Zung comes from Oscar de la Renta, where she was vice president of design. She has also held top design positions at J. Crew and John Barlett Unlimited.
Only one other key position at the yet-to-be-named division has been disclosed by Gap so far. The specialty retailer said last month that Gary Muto would be president of the new unit. Muto was president of Gap brand, which has a search under way for his successor. Zung ...
