Lawyers ditch Cunningham in lovechild battle
THE OMENS are not looking good for eco protester Birgit Cunningham, who goes to court tomorrow to seek maintenance payments from Harry Nuttall, the Old Etonian racing driver son of Bahamas-based multimillionaire baronet Sir Nicholas Nuttall.
It was Birgit's affair with Harry that produced her son, Jack, whom she is struggling to bring up on state benefits in a west London bedsit.
In a last-minute development, Birgit has been dumped by the lawyers who were representing her.
According to friends, her legal-aid team have decided she has no chance and are leaving her to conduct her own case.
