NEW YORK-The continuing shutdown of permanent showroom building 225 Fifth Ave. has been well-documented and certainly discussed at length. Guesstimates place the building anywhere from one-third to one-half empty at this time, but tenant association members and the remaining tenants themselves remain stalwart about their commitment to the Fall Tabletop Show, which begins this week. What follows is a temporary directory of who can be found where. It excludes non-tabletop companies or those who typically do not participate in the show, and is obviously subject to change.
