Aug. 24--Stiles Corp. has purchased a Wilton Manors shopping plaza for $10.4 million, the company has announced.
The Shoppes of Wilton Manors, a 5.3-acre property on Wilton Drive offering restaurants, boutiques and bars, is the main retail center in the city's downtown. Stiles President Doug Eagon said the city's ongoing development prompted the company to purchase the site.
Stiles will manage and operate the property purchased from Miami-based S&K Worldwide Realty.
