Oct. 29--Tracks or no tracks? Remove the 63rd Street flyover or leave it intact?
Those are two of the hard local choices Miami Beach voters face this election.
The fate of the Bay Link, the proposed light-rail system that would one day connect Miami Beach to the mainland, and that of the 63rd Street flyover in North Beach, which the Florida Department of Transportation has deemed a safety hazard, have emerged as the most divisive of the three straw ballot questions voters will decide come Tuesday.
