BOSTON -- For the first time in 86 years, the Boston Red Sox have brought home the World Series trophy. Good news for New England - bad news for Rolaids(R) antacids.
"New England loves the Red Sox and because of that, they have been some of our best customers - especially come Pennant time," said Bob Uccardi, Rolaids brand manager. "But with this year's victory, Rolaids antacids are not needed to soothe New England fans' upset stomachs, stressful heartburn and acid indigestion."
