Oct. 30--The University of California announced on Friday a $222.5 million settlement with Lehman Bros. in the Enron Corp. shareholder lawsuit.
If approved by the court, this would be the third and largest chunk of money to be put in the pot for shareholders and their lawyers. It is unclear when wronged shareholders with lawsuits would get any money.
In July, the University of California, the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, reached an agreement with Bank of America for a $69 million settlement.
