PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local ABBCO GROUP is currently gearing-up to build what is claimed to be the world's tallest, al-suite, Rose Rotana hotel in the UAE. In so doing, the company recently awarded the civil construction contract to ARABIAN CONSTRUCTION CO. (ACC) of the Emirates.
According to the terms of the award, ACC will be responsible for building a 72-storey, 480 suite, hotel. The height of the tower has been fixed at 333 meters, which will include 3 floors of serviced offices and 2 floors of meeting and banqueting facilities.
