PROJECT OVERVIEW:

A private investor, through the local BRIGHT STAR HOLDINGS, recently awarded a construction contract to DUBAI CONTRACTING CO. (DCC) for a new mix-use tower. According to the terms of the award, DCC will be responsible for building a 61-storey high rise that will have a total built-up area of 99,800 square meters.

The real estate development project will include 407 apartments, a multi-storey car park and leisure facilities. The undertaking, to be completed within 24 months, is expected to cost $85,000,000 to build.

DCC operates as a general contractor.
