STEPHEN HUGHES insists that there is no magic formula that will haul Coventry City out of the doldrums - old fashioned graft is the only solution.
With any possibility of Carling Cup distractions ruthlessly killed off at Middlesbrough on Wednesday night, the Sky Blues are free to concentrate on the league, specifically the Highfield Road challenges against Reading today and Preston on Wednesday.
And Hughes admits that they can't afford any more slip-ups.
