Adam Kushner, 41, the owner of Kushner Studios Architecture and Design, P.C., a Canal Street firm, is an architect in demand these days, with nine residential projects, two restaurants and an office building underway.
In addition to producing innovative and cutting-edge designs, Kushner serves as a general contractor on many of his projects.
This unique design/ build strategy saves clients valuable time, money and frustration. It also makes for a better end product, Kushner said.
